Legal fees

Joe’s legal fees were DOUBLE what mine were at the time of our divorce hearings. This was testified to in court. He had all of the access to the marital money and accounts to pay for his legal fees, I had nothing. I left with almost nothing and he then cut me off completely after the first hearing where he had testified that I defintiely had access to the marital money. ( See here).

Up until the point that we had filed three contempt charges against Joe ( see Post Divorce), he had refused to pay any of the fees that were owed to the Best Interest Attorney. Her evaluation was not to his liking ( see here ).
