Valentine’s candy

Before Valentine’s Day in 2022, the kids were visiting me for the weekend. My parents got them Valentine’s candy, as did I. We also had some candy bracelets to hand out to their classes. At the exchange I was putting the kids bags on the ground. he saw the bag with the candy and threw it on the ground and told them it was getting thrown in the trash. He called me a fat ass. The kids cried.

He later told me I was trying to give them diabetes, and admonished me with a picture of all of the candy I sent home. I responded with a picture of all of the candy and sweets he had sent up with them. It was ok for him. Not for me.
