Monetary judgment

The judge has messed up the monetary award that I am to receive twice now. It has been appealed and now it was appealed again by his estate. Joe never paid anything towards it and ignored all court ordered deadlines forcing me to file more contempt paperwork.

The Shymanski estate, headed by his brother, would not mediate the monetary judgment that I am due, they would rather spend the kids’ estate money on an appeal. I left in July of 2021, was cut off immediately from marital funds, and still not have received the money owed to me from the divorce. I was amenable to negotiation in order to preserve the children's money for unnecessary legal fees, we even asked his brother what they thought it was worth and they refused to cooperate. They would rather spend the kids’ money to wage a war.
