Letting him off the hook

Weeks before Joe’s death, he was to appear in court to speak for the 3 petitions of contempt filed against him. He hired a new lawyer to get him out of trouble. To show that I was not intentionally being litigious or difficult, I came to an agreement with him and a consent order was signed. Court was avoided. We now had it on record and that was the important part for me to continue to build a case against him and document his out of control behavior.
