Contempt of court #2

Not long after the first motion of contempt was filed, Joe filed another.

In short, he refused to meet me at the court ordered time again, making me return the kids back to my home instead of getting them back for school.

Since Joe’s attorney withdrew from representing him ( see here ), Joe was representing himself. He was in direct contact with my attorney to discuss the matter.

Again, this motion for contempt was DENIED, just like the first one. His lunacy was in full display at court, gesturing crazily at the judge and trying to defend his out of control actions. It was unbelievable. I saw the officers in the courtroom just shaking their heads in disbelief.
