Contacting my ex & his wife

While we were married, my ex told me that Joe was talking to them without me being involved in the conversation. He had been sending them messages without talking to me first about things concerning the kids. He told my ex’s wife “Heather isn’t particularly warm or curious to know about feelings most often” after praising her for being “loving and kind” with my daughter.

He never apologized for this or saw a problem with what he did.

He often tries to drag people into our arguments or involve them in the conflict in our marriage. He would often try to involve the children. It is some sort of narcissistic triangulation.
