Small business loan & pot stocks
Joe took at Small Business Loan for around $52,000 ( that was supposed to be used strictly for business use) and put it directly into an account via an app and invested it in pot stocks. He was not familiar with trading anything, he had no experience. He did not ask me whether I thought it was ok, I was told after the fact. He testified in court about this. He lost a good deal of this money. You can see the SBA’s claim in his estate for the money.
It is interesting that he accused me of financial mismanagement repeatedly and with conviction when his money management was woefully poor and borderline criminal. This is projection. He accused me of so many things he was doing himself.
