The kids’ phone

Joe bought the kids a cell phone so he could have a direct line to them since they would be splitting their time between Pennsylvania and Maryland. However, he soon started “pinging” the phone to retrieve our location in order to track us. This would involve him texting the kids 10-12 times in a couple hour span and getting upset when they wouldn’t text back. ( documentation available). Joe started texting me from the kids iPhone account, pretending to be them. He even testified in court that he didn’t understand why they didn’t have this phone in their hands at ALL times when they were visiting me.
